Services
Islah Web Service provides:
- Marketing automation — workflow design, build, testing, and handoff
- Business process automation — internal operations, invoicing, reporting, onboarding
- Custom API integrations — connecting tools without native connectors
- Workflow auditing — identifying automation opportunities
- Automation maintenance — ongoing monitoring, updates, and support
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate workflow requirements, granting necessary tool and API access, reviewing deliverables, testing automations in their environment, and using the delivered automations in compliance with applicable laws and platform terms of service.
Deliverables
Deliverables may include automated workflows (Make, Zapier, or n8n scenarios), custom API integration scripts, workflow documentation, monitoring dashboards, handoff guides, and audit reports, depending on the project scope.
Revisions
Reasonable revisions are provided when deliverables do not match the agreed scope. Changes to workflow logic, tool selection, integration scope, or project direction may require a revised quote.
Tool and Platform Access
Clients grant Islah Web Service temporary access to their tools and platforms as needed to build, test, and deploy automations. Access is revoked upon project completion or upon client request. We do not retain access credentials after project handoff unless explicitly agreed for ongoing maintenance.
Limitations
Automation workflows depend on third-party platforms (Make, Zapier, n8n, APIs). Islah Web Service is not responsible for outages, pricing changes, or API deprecations by these platforms. We build with error handling and fallbacks to minimize disruption, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation of third-party-dependent automations.
